Product: Hp office jet pro 8100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've gone through all the steps the virtual agent gave me to find my sprint email address and my printer won't print the page that has the info + it is not displayed on my computer in the control panel under printers like I've been told it would be. How can I find it?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the ePrint email address.

 

Please try setting up the Web-Services. Refer to page# 35 from the User Manual for steps.
