HP 3050a J611 cannot find claim code

Hi,

 

I am setting up web services and the web services tab on the EWS won't connect. So I'm trying to find the claim code which is required to connect to HP smart, however, when I print the network configuration page, I don't see any claim code on the page. I followed the steps in these instructions but I get stuck on number 3 connecting to web services, which gives me an error saying that it can't connect.

Things to note: 

  • Wifi is connected (strong blue light)
  • I can print wirelessly
  • Pressing the "ePrint" button gives error "can't connect to the internet"
