I'm using the HP Smart app and would like to scan a document. When I open the app and hit the "SCAN" button I'm directed to a prompt which says:
"Find the open browser window, then sign in to you HP account.
Note: The window might be behind another open browser or minimized."
Before opening the HP Smart app I've opened both Firefox and Chrome and have logged into both browsers.
All I get it the spinning wheel of death... Nothing.
I'm using the most recent version of the HP Smart App 13.4.2 and Monterey 12.0.1

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
