I've tried so many things. Disconnected everything, waited, reconnected everything (printer, laptop, etc). STILL the printer will not successfully connect to the wifi, but when I run the diagnostic "tests" it says that it IS connected. I have no idea how to fix it but it's driving me crazy because I have a huge list of things I need to print from my laptop and/or phone. This design also has no USB cord, so USB isn't an option. It's a strictly wireless printer. Help!

Also, the wireless light continues to blink which means it is not connected.

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I understand that your experiencing a wireless connectivity issue with the printer. To prepare your printer for a wireless connection, restart the printer, computer, and router.

  1. Turn the printer off, and then wait 10 seconds.

  2. Disconnect the printer power cord from the printer.

  3. Turn off the computer or the device you are trying to print from.

  4. Connect the printer power cord to the printer, and then turn on the printer.

  5. Disconnect the power cord from your wireless router, and then wait 10 seconds.

  6. Reconnect the power cord to the router.

NOTE: Wait until internet service is restored. Internet service is interrupted while the router is off.
  7. Turn on the computer.

Your printer and network are ready to make a new connection.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
