Hi. I cannot connect my printer to my laptop. It keeps asking for a WPS pin that is located on the printer or leaflet. I no longer have the leaflet and can't locate it on the printer. Can someone help? Thanks.

Hi,

is the printer connected to your wireless network with a solid blue wifi light?

 

Assuming it is not connected, following Connect a printer that does not have a touchscreen control panel > Step 2: Connect the printer with the HP Smart app should help:
