HP Deskjet 3520
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Not tech savy, I don't know if computer updated to 10 or is still 7 and don't know where to check.  I guessed at the bit as don't know if 32 or 64 either.  Don't know why desktop computer won't print, it will print from mobile device, but I need to scan and print from desktop and that is not working.
