Product: HP Deskjet 3520 all-in-one

I herited a HP deskjet 3520, which I had succesfully setup, I can print via WiFi network (from device on the same wifi network as the turned-on printer), but I cannot use e-print function. When I press this button, it shows the following sentences: the printer couldnt connect to the internet, so the web-services are not available. How can I fix it? How it is possible, that it IS connected to the wifi network (I solved the connection via WPS), but in some way, it is not. Is it something compatibility problem? thanks for your help in advance.
