HP Recommended

I have a very perplexing problem  -- My Envy 4520 yesterday decided it wasn't connected or going to be connected to my wireless network anymore.  I'm sure the cats prancing on it had something to do with that.  But this thing had been working fine for at least 2 years. 

OK, so I go to wireless setup and look to enter my wi-fi password, but it has an underscore in it, as in PASSword_123.  That character is not available in the setup menu.  I could go change my router password, but, like I said, it had been working for a couple years.  How did it ever get set up in the first place?
