Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Buongiorno a tutti,

 

ho acquistato una stampante HP Envy 5010, collegata al wifi di casa. Stampando da pc portatile Lenovo - IdeaPad S145 (anch'esso collegato alla stessa rete di casa), non ho alcun problema di stampa.

Lanciando però la stampa di un qualsiasi documento dal mio smartphone, Huawei p20pro (collegato anch'esso alla stessa rete di casa, tramite wifi), tramite l'applicazione HPsmart (preciso che ho anche installato sullo smatphone gli appositi plugin HP che vengono richiesti) i documenti vengono stampati a metà. 

 

Sapreste consigliarmi qualche prova da fare?
