Prints come out blank. It functions correctly, it receives printing jobs and it functions normally and it sounds and does everything to get ready to print but then the prints are blank. Paint carts are new, it just simply stopped printing anything.
Take a handkerchief and both cartridges. Now press one the cartridge like a stamp on the handkerchief for about 2-3 seconds. You should see a strong, colored or black strip. Is this the case? Do it again with the other cartridge. If there is no or very little ink on the handkerchief, moisten the handkerchief slightly and press the cartridge again, this time for about 30 seconds on it, until more ink comes out. Afterwards, re-insert the cartridge and run a cartridge clean, if necessary.
