HP ENVY 5540
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer stopped printing in colour a couple of weeks ago, then it stopped connecting though the network but I could print if it was hard wired (USB).

It has since been stripped of all Windows 10 updates and windows 1909 installed, it then worked for 36 hours.....

It is now not printing in colour again.
