Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I bought a second hand hp envy 5020 and I can't add it to my account.

I spoke to the person that had it to remove it from their account but they're not answering.

How can I Force it to be removed from theirs and added to mine?

I can't find anywhere to talk to a real person at hp...

Are you trying to add the printer to the instant ink account or Hp Smart account?

Hi, it's sorted. the previous owner finally answered and removed it from his account so I added it with no problem.

I was talking about my hp smart account.
