Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have HP Envy 5020. Has been working fine and printing wirelessly.

The other day would not print and now the printer cannot find any wireless networks (there are many around here!).

Have switched off and on again together with router and laptop - did not work.

Have also reset factory settings. Still no luck.

Have tried HP virtual assistant and gone through all steps and still no success. 

If I cannot resolve quickly will have no option but to buy a new printer - would not risk HP again though if this may happen

Would appreciate any help - Thanks
