Error code: 0XDD000D78 KERNEL_EXEC_ST 

 

Printer disconnected to wifi. I do not have any other access to the printer. Please help me figure our what’s wrong with my printer and how can I fix it! Thanks a ton!

Are you able to bypass the error message on the printer screen and try making a copy on the printer? By this, we can check if the hardware of the printer is working fine.

Which device are you trying to print from?

 

For now, let us try these steps:

 

On the printer, go to Setup > Network > Restore network defaults

Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard > Choose your network

 

Make sure the device you are trying to print from and the printer is connected to the same network. This printer only supports 2.4GHz network.
