I had a paper jam, fixed it, it won't print my document and won't tell me why. I made sure it has ink and paper, turned it on and off several times, including unplugging, and it prints alignment pages and other test pages just fine. But it won't print my documents from my Chromebook laptop anymore.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printing issue. 

 

I'd suggest remove and try adding the printer again. Refer to this document for steps - HP Printers - Printing from a Chromebook

 

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

go to the control panel, click on devices and printers. you will then see a list of all your devices and PRINTers.. right click on your printer and then click on "see what is printing' 

there you will see if there. are documents on the que. if one then it is stuck for some reason

 you can also click and determine if the printer is in a none ready state.
