HP Envy 5530 stopped connecting to Comcast gateway

Until yesterday, my Envy 5530 was connecting fine to my Comcast gateway XB7 router, and it was printing fine.  Today, it is not seeing the router anymore.  The wireless setup wizard does not see the router anymore, even though 2 laptops are still connected to the same router (same as yesterday).  I tried entering New Network Name and PW and re-syncing several times.  No luck.  I restored the printer to factory defaults, and tried the whole process again.  No change.  The printer sees other wireless routers (not mine).  Also the wireless blue light on the printer keeps blinking.  Can anyone help please?

Perform a power reset

  1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
  5. Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
  6. Turn on the printer.
