I have the Levovo Yoga laptop and HP envy 5640 printer. The printer will no longer print from the laptop. It will however print from iphone/ipad.
I have installed all windows updates. I have uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it using links from HP websites. All appears ok in the set up, it finds the printer, says its online, picks up IP address etc and when installed, it says "ready" to print.
Until I actually try to print - When I look in the status box it Says "Error - Printing". Ive tried PDF, word, website and all the same.
Driving me crackers. I rarely use laptop nowadays but theres some new little jobs I have that I need the laptop for and to print - hence just noticing its no longer printing.
