My printer will only wireless print through the HP app on my tablet and phone, or when i link through the HP Wifi network but not through my BT wifi router, which means I can’t print anything off the web - you know the little square with an up arrow in it that you click on that leads you to a Print option, well nothing happens. I can wirelessly print anything I can access while in the HP printer app or linked to the HP network. I’ve tried unplugging and restarting the printer, i have rebooted and updated the latest software on my iMac (Note I have no Windows laptops/PCs at home). My iMac operating system is MacOS BigSur v11.3
