Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Envy Photo 7830 has been working fine until very recently.

 

I noticed the ink was low and missing on the printouts, so expected InstantInk to send me a replacement.

 

However InstantInk can no longer see my printer on the internet so I'm in a vicious circle - can't print because the ink has expired, but cannot replace the ink because HP cannot see my printer. I have a useless hunk of plastic on my desk with an Instant Ink subscription but I can't print.

 

Everything else works fine, I can scan via the app, send jobs to it, monitor status etc. but it's just the link to HP that has broken. I've re-enabled Web Services but that hasn't helped.

 

When I try to get help from the Virtual Agent it tells me the support offices are closed whatever day or time I try.

 

Any ideas? I'm ready to write it off and never buy another HP device again?!
