HP Envy Photo 7855 completely frozen

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Have unplugged and replugged to no avail.  The only thing on the screen is the HP Logo.  There are no other menu items such as settings, wifi signal, nothing.  The power button is on and cannot be turned off unless printer is unplugged.  I have removed device and re installed device.  I have rebooted router, checked wifi etc.

I have rebooted several times (unplugged for 3 minutes and held down the power button for 30 seconds). Paper tray jam was cleared. Still unable to go past frozen screen.

Try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

 

Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
