Envy and Officejet

Hi community, across two printers, registered across two accounts, I have lost option to eprint via HP Smartapp over the last weeks, unless connected via the same WiFi. Any idea what's going on with HP? Given this impacts two different printers, in different cities, HP must have a broader issue. Both printers cannot connect to web services.

@IssmarsMz, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand the printer is not connected to the web services. Let us try these steps:

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.

Restart web services

Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.

If the issue persists, perform the steps mentioned in this document - Cannot Connect to Web Services

For more info on ePrint, refer to - Print with HP ePrint

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I wish this would have worked but I tried this before and just did it again.

It won't. Please just to repeat myself. I have the issue on two printers, in two locations. Are you sure your webservices are working fine? Even the one I just disconnected and reconnected already shows online again as offline!!!!

In this case, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region for further assistance and to know if the web services itself is affected.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
