HP Eprint

I am not sure why but ever since i have bought the printer (7thNov) it has not been able to connet its always coming up with connectiong error. I've updated my drivers, deleted the printer and reinstalled, ive tried to even find a number to clal someone but to no avail. i thought with my laptop being HP id have a smooth sailing ecperience with a HP printer but it doesnt seem to be the case.

 

What else can be done to fix the problem?
