I'm signed up for Instant Ink. At the time I had the $9.99 plan before switching over to the $2.99 plan. With the $9.99 plan I still had 73 pages left over. So why weren't those remaining pages rolled over the new plan?

Probably, did you read them?  If you change your rent a car, can you move the gas over?

Since you changed to a new plan, those rollover pages are lost.

That doesn't seem fair to lose carrayover pages just because you changed to a different plan.  Is that listed under their term of services?
