Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi All,

I am using HP MFP E77825 , I have embedded software called EPRINTit SaaS on it.

 

If I print Thai Fond directly, it will print. When I submitted my the same file directly to hp embedded software, it will printed as unusual characters.

 

Any idea?
