Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The printer was given to me used without cartridge. I installed new cartridges but could not get it to print or copy colors. The quality report page show only the black bar, none of the color bars. Scanning works great. I have tried the cartridge aligning and cleaning tools but the result was not improved. Any suggestions? Is it worth repairing?

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps. If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Troubleshooting Print Quality Issues, and the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue either with the color ink cartridge or the printer itself. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
