Hello, I have completely disassembled the printer and reassembled it to fix a problem but I apparently cause another one. It seem like I have badly position the head cleaner tray since a loud gear grinding can be heard video below. I really don’t understand how this mechanism work. I played a lot with different position but it alway finish on the same position which make the gear grind. If someone has an idea on how to fix the tray or could explain how it suppose to work let me know. Thanks for the help.

@josephjill, Welcome to HP Support Community!

The parts on the printer are not customer replaceable and we do not recommend our customers to remove the printer.

This looks like a hardware issue.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
