I have an HP OfficeJet 4650. Its been kind of flaky for awhile, sometimes ending job in the middle of printing. There is nothing on the screen explaining. It just acts as if the job were finished. The last week I’ve been unable to get it to print more than one page. It often stops in the middle of the page. I usually print from my iPad. I tried printing from computer and phone as well resulting in same problem. It happens on all the apps I print out of. Adobe, notability, safari, etc. I tried restoring to factory settings. Reconnecting wireless. Changing out ink. Nothing works. It’s about 18 mo old.
Any advice? Thanks!

@Jiejie

I have gone through your post and I understand your concerns

Since the issue persists with different devices, ensure the printer has the latest Firmware

You can refer to this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

If the issue persists we will attempt a Semi Full Reset
