My printer stopped scanning to email, telling me my username and password were no longer good, so I attempted to reset factory settings and now the entire thing is offline and all Network configuration buttons --Network setup wizard, etc--
are greyed out. Any way to get these buttons available again?
Update: Scan issue was a Gmail issue, not HP. I resolved the connectivity issue by selecting the Printer from available networks and entering the IP. Even thought the printer was offline, the EWS page came up and I was able to reconnect. However, The Wireless Setup Wizard, Network configuration buttons, etc. on the LCD panel still remain greyed out and blocked, even though I allowed all thefunctions I could on the EWS page and disabled the admin password. I restarted the printer, but these remain blocked by an imaginary Administrator. Any way to get these buttons available again?
