Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I've read a lot of people's similar questions to this problem. I've tried re-installing, you name it. I cannot connect to web services on my printer. It says server connection error and tells me to connect to the internet which it is..... Anyone know how to factory reset this entire printer to try fresh?? It used to work fine where I could email files to it and have them print etc...

After that, HP released new firmware

 

     https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-photosmart-7520-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5199...

 

Please try to download and install.

Been there and done that..... i've read other user's reports and followed them all. My printer will not connect with web services PERIOD!  and it has the internet connected
