HP Printer not working

Something has gone inside in the place where we put papets by mistake and the printer is not working. Kindly help urgently

Is the foreign object fallen inside the paper tray?

Kindly check for any jams inside the printer and try clearing it with the help of tweezers.

Perform steps 1 and 2 from this document. Also, step 2 from this document.

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
