HP Recommended

For the first few years that I owned my HP printer I could only get it to connect to the HP Smart Android app and not my Windows computer. Now I can only get it to connect to my Windows computer and not the HP Smart Android app.

I've tried to reset the printer and redo the setup tens of times and I've also tried to add it as an already set up printer. I've even tried all the alternative ways to connect the printer to the HP Smart app. However, it never shows up in the list. I am 100% sure it's connected to the same network that both my computer and my phone are connected to.

Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks in advance! 🙂
