Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Connected via USB. Can see printer in printers. Cannot scan because app is stuck.

I have the same issue and unable to use the device's scanning facility without the app.

I have the same issue as well.  All our computers are receiving the same message. 

 

"Do you want to help make HP smarter by sharing data usage"

 

You click yes or no and it just scrolls back to the same question over and over.  Please fix this as a matter of urgency, our business uses this app regularly all day

UPDATE: I just kept repeatedly clicking "Yes" really quickly and eventually it went through to the next screen.
