Hi @Jazzi2023,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Smart Tank 7305 is not printing in color on macOS Ventura 13.5, you can try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

Check Ink Levels: Ensure that the color ink cartridges have sufficient ink. You can check the ink levels through the HP Smart app on your computer.

Printer Settings: Verify that the printer settings on your Mac are configured correctly. Open the print dialog, select your printer, and make sure that the color option is set to print in color. You can usually find these settings in the print dialog or within the printer preferences.

Driver Update: Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed on your Mac. Visit the HP website and download the latest drivers for your printer model. Install the drivers and restart your computer.

Reset Print System: You can try resetting the print system on your Mac. This will remove all printers from the list, and you'll need to add them again.

  • Open "System Preferences" on your Mac.
  • Select "Printers & Scanners."
  • Right-click (or Control-click) in the left sidebar and choose "Reset printing system."
  • Confirm the action.

Printer Firmware Update: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Visit the HP website, locate your printer model, and check for any available firmware updates. Follow the instructions to update the firmware.

Check for Software Conflicts: Ensure that there are no conflicts with other installed software or security programs that might be preventing color printing.

Test with Another Device: If possible, try printing a color document from another device to see if the issue is specific to your Mac or if it's a printer-related problem.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
