Product: HP OfficeJet 5258

For a HP OfficeJet 5258, I need help because I am trying to open the HP Smart application to register and have it on my phone desktop but I can't click the applications analytics yes or no text box (after I've downloaded the software). Thanks!

  • Which phone are you using?
  • Make sure the phone is up to date. Check for any pending updates.

Uninstall the app.

Kindly refer to this document to know how to install and use the HP Smart app on your phone.
