HP Smart don’t have ePrint Preferences option anymore

HP Deskjet Inkjet Advantage 4535 All In One
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The HP Smart website don’t show the ePreferences option to change the printer settings like Color, 2 Side Printing, it only shows ePrint mail address and Mail address to Allowed printing. Please guide on same.

@Shaan23

Welcome to the HP support community.

Update the printer firmware

Here are the steps:- Click here

Use HP Print and Scan Doctor to check connectivity

Download HP Print and Scan Doctor.

  1. Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer.

  2. Once HP Print and Scan Doctor opens, click Start, and then select your printer.

    • If your printer is not in the list, turn it off and on, and then click Retry.

    • If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in HP Print and Scan Doctor.

  3. If a screen prompts you to turn on printer updates, click Yes.

  4. If a screen prompts you to make your printer the default printer, click Yes.

  5. Try to print.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi Sandy

I tried to manually update the firmware, but it shows the same as up-to date and the serial entry shows grey. Also try to run the HP Scan Doctor, it showed message as install some updates, but still no luck, the eprint preferences option is still not visible on HPConnected or HP Smart website under my printers.

Please help.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Shantanu Deshpande
