HP Recommended

Hello there,

I am currently using an HP Elitebook 840 G6 as my primary work machine. We just got in a new HP USB-C Dock G5 to test for our users but I can not get my dual 1440p monitors to work with the dock. One monitor is running in full 2440x1440 60hz while the other one is running at 1920x1080p 30hz.

Under the device manager in the monitor section, it recognizes 2 Dell u2717H as Display Port. Any help would be appreciated.

Quick note- Under change resolution it does not give me an option on the one monitor to go above 1920x1080 and I was able to disconnect and reconnect the dock and it show up on the 1440p resolution monitor.
