HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

What is the recommended method large organizations should use to connect multiple people to cloud print devices?  We are using various HP ePrint-capable printers and are wanting to use the Google Cloud Print service.

 

This method doesn't seem very scalable:

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
