Hi

We have a system that sent an email, to our printer everyday, but late, last year it stop printing. We still receive the email so we know it is being sent. I have been on the printer profile and see it being "green".
Our IT-support says you no longer have this service. Is it correct, or do they just trying to fix it, by not fixing it?

As the print does not print from the mobile device only, I suggest reviewing these guidelines for pint problem with HP ePrint, and to ensure your email meets the requirements for the service:
