We have a system that sent an email, to our printer everyday, but late, last year it stop printing. We still receive the email so we know it is being sent. I have been on the printer profile and see it being "green". Our IT-support says you no longer have this service. Is it correct, or do they just trying to fix it, by not fixing it?
