HP DeskJet Plus 4152 All-in-One Printer

Hi,

 

Could someone please help me with a frustrating problem I'm having with my HP 4152 DeskJet Plus printer that's been going on since last year?  I opened a support case because ePrint (emailing to a printer) was not working (I only get the confirmation and nothing prints out), and the case was escalated to a case manager since last year.  Today, the case manager sent this link to me https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04700720#:~:text=The%20HP%20ePrintCenter%20website%20at,and%2.... and wrote: "Since you are able to still print and the ePrint feature is no longer supported, the printer would be deemed working properly"

 

The case manager referred my case to a printer SME who tried to email to my printer and he couldn't get anything to print from it either. 

 

However, at this link https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2843711-2427128-16 it clearly states that the HP 4152 DeskJet Plus printer is supposed to support ePrint.

 

This has been going on for so many months and I feel like I'm getting nowhere.  Could someone (preferably from HP) please confirm I'm not losing my mind and confirm the 4152 DeskJet Plus printer is supposed to support ePrint?  Or is the case manager correct and ePrint is truly not supported, even though that article is referring to the ePrintCenter website no longer being supported and that article seems to be pretty clear in stating that ePrint is still supposed to work?
