iPhone does not recognize the printer to print over WIFI...asks for a code???

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the connectivity issue. 

 

To better assist you -

 

1) Can you please send us a picture of the screen asking you to enter the password? 

 

2) What's the status of the Wi-Fi LED on the printer solid or blinking? 

 

While you respond to that, make sure your printer and your iPhone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
