Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, ever since the HP plug-in app on my Galaxy Note 8 updated Sept 2020, I can no longer print photos. I can print documents . When I try to choose size, only Letter shows, not Photo. I see there was an update to the app Oct 6th. I have my app set for Auto update. I don't know how to update the app manually. Could this printing problem be due to not getting the Oct update? I have a HP Envy 7640 printer. I still have ink in both, black and color cartridges. I hope someone can help me.  Thank you.

Hi,

Please open and close the Paper Tray and evaluate the shown prompt, follow the steps on screen to change your printer settings for the used Paper Size and Type.

 

Now close and relaunch the HP Smart app and check for any difference when printing photos.
