HP Smart iOS app is showing no internet connection on my iPhone. The phone and printer both have strong signal. Any one else had this problem? I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times with the same result.

I understand that you are getting issues with the HP Smart app on your iOS device, follow these steps to fix the issue.
Update the iOS device
- Plug your device into power and connect to the Internet with Wi-Fi.
- Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
- Tap Download and Install. ...
- To update now, tap Install. ...
- If asked, enter your passcode.
Update the printer firmware

Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart app again
