HP smart not app not allowing me to sign in, keeps giving cookie errors, windows 10 build 19041. Works fine on my other windows 10 laptop..

I see that you are not able to sign in to the HP Smart app.
Have you tried reinstalling the app from Microsoft Store?
On the sign in screen, you will see 3 dots at the right top corner, tap on that and click on 'open in Chrome'.
Try to sign in.

Did you try reinstalling the app and check if that helps?
If the issue persists,
