Laserjet Pro 200 color MFP M276n
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

One day the printing HP web services for my printer stopped working. It is connected to Internet correctly, as always. A message just says on the printer:

"Please retry. If the problem persists, check firmware updates availability".

Of couse, my firmware is updated to the last release (2019-04-01). Does anyone know whether HP stopped supporting some printers in their web services?

My printer is Laserjet Pro 200 color MFP M276n. Thank you.

Hi,

Web services are no longer supported for the printer, I would assume you have the M276n printer? as you describe different models in your post, regardless, it is no longer supported for both the M276 or the M476 printer series, as discussed below:

Yes, you're right, it's M276n. Thank you. I changed the name of the printer with the correct version, in order to be useful to other people with the same issue.

Thanks again for clarifying the issue. Have a nice day!
