HP3787 unable to connect to wireless router, Win 10 Pro

HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3787
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear all,

I failed to connect my printer to a wireless router on multiple occasions. My operating system is Win10 and I already tried pressing the wireless physical key and the info key on the printer but the WPS PIN it generates that is valid for 5 min doesn't seem to work.

Can someone please advise me on what I should do?

KR,

@Hr0m

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: Press the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

Once done, try connecting the Printer to the Wi-Fi.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
