My HP3830 Office Jet shows that it is connected to the same wifi that my laptop is (hotel network). It worked once and then dropped. It does this often. It will lose the connection from the computer to printer and then keep giving me errors in printing, saying there is no driver or giving me an error. Does anyone know a fix or how to get HP to help. The support and HP doctor are useless, nonresponsive and there the auto answers are just circular.
