Is there a way to hard or factory reset a desk jet 2632, other than through the web server?  I have tried the wifi and cancel button but this just resets the network settings.

The initial issue was that the printer could not connect to HP connected, so the instant ink service will not work.

Now when i try to reset the factory default setting in the web browers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) i get

This site can’t provide a secure connection

xxx.xxx.xxx.xx uses an unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH.

I have tried several internet solutions about disabling SSL etc, but they are all outdated. This is my last resort before i send the printer back to the e-retailer as i have only owned it a few days, and so far i am very disapointed with issues i am having.

There is no way to factory reset this model printer. We may reset the wireless settings by holding the wireless and the cancel button.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
