Have not got rollover pages ever-years!

No matter which plan I've had, pages never rollover. I should have had almost 70 for May and 203 in June. Never, not once have they ever showed up on the "status" screen. I really need them right now, so I'd like to know how to get them from HP! Help!

@Tlia, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
To assist you better, did you downgrade the plan?
If you do not use all your plan pages in a month, the unused pages will be kept in your account as rollover pages. You can continue to roll over up to three times the number of pages in your monthly plan (for example, you can rollover up to 150 pages if you are enrolled in a 50-page plan).
If you have printed all of the pages in your plan and you have used all of your rollover pages, you can still easily print additional pages. Additional pages are available in sets of 10-15 pages, depending on your plan, for only $1.00 per set.

I have NOT printed all the pages in my plan, that's the issue. Last month I printed 153 of 300 and have NO rollover pages! I have NEVER got any rollover pages no matter what plan I have had. No blue envelope anywhere. This was the only way to reply. I'd like to sort this out. If I am paying for them, I should be getting them and simply aren't. No one replied to this, but you. I'm not posted account info on an open forum.
