Hp photosmart 6520

I haven’t used my photosmart 6520 in over 2 years. It has been in storage and seems to be printing fine. I printed a wireless status off the printer to make sure it worked first and has ink. Everything was great but I cannot remember how I use to print from my smartphone. I use to do it all the time if I remember correctly. When I search for printers on my iPhone it cannot find it.

@Rachelstewart

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

  • Are you able to make copies from the printer?
  • Are you printing from your Android phone or iPhone?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: Print Anywhere with the HP Smart App https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06097800

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
